[SciFed] Tomcat 6 requirement for Shib IDP

We do have a few machines, setup this way with jpackage.repo.
Not anymore.
Have a new machine setup this way
jpackage.repo on CentOS5.7 with jpackage-rhel-updates and jpackage-rhel
enabled
tomcat6 is not available. There may be a way to change the repo URLs to
get the packages again.
But then the repo itself becomes absolute.
So i started this email thread and the rest....
