The PHP-based SWITCHwayf supports the DS protocol as well. (Now that
Scott's set you straight on terminology, the fact that the product has
the substring "wayf" in its name should not deter you :)

There is also the DISCOjuice product from the folks who bring you
SimpleSAMLphp. So as you can see, there are lots of these floating
around.
