Shibboleth 2.4.3 SAML2 and WAYF

Any suggestions on generating the SAML 2 DS protocol?  Do I chain it
with the SAML 1 protocol?  How do I specify, at the wayf level which
protocol to use?

And note, the SAML DS protocol with the Shib 2 SP works for *both*
SAML 1 and SAML 2 as it is the SP that generates the request and sends
it to the IdP.
