I would guess it's the invalid RelayState in that redirect message, which
I can definitely say did not come from the SP. The IdP can't just stuff
any old value into that parameter, the SP has to be able to interpret it.
In this case, not matching anything it understood, the SP leaves it alone
and then tries to rely on it as a URL, then rejects it as malformed, which
of course it is.
