Usually that's the RelayState key generation bug which is fixed, but the
IP mismatch makes me think it's something happening as a consequence of it
simply doing what it's supposed to and preventing misuse of the session.
It certainly won't allow the mismatch unless the check is disabled.

You can file a bug with the log information so I remember to try and
reproduce it to make sure it's not misbehaving when it invalidates a
session because of the check. If the log is repeating that much, it sounds
like there might an inadvertent problem in that case.
