Error in reading metadata file Options

Thank you for the feedback.

 

There is the metadata url:
https://ds.cafe.rnp.br/metadata/cafe-metadata.xml.

We are in touch with the RNP guys but they say they could not find any issue
in the metadata. Could you please help me to find out what is the issue?
