 From what I can tell, both fortlewis.edu accounts are already  
associated with you:

You should be able to edit it if you login with your OpenIdP account  
and go to "Edit XML" within your list of registered providers.  If you  
still have trouble with it, I'll delete either of the fortlewis.edu  
entries that you want.
