Apache mod_shib: 'ShibRequestSetting requireSession 1' vs 'ShibRequireSession On'?

The full reference of Apache commands was written very late, and I chose to skip documenting deprecated options or things I might deprecate later to limit the use of them by people following my examples or docs.
