Getting list of all configured IDPs from Shibboleth SP

Thank you. /Shibboleth.sso/DiscoveryFeed is exactly what I am looking for.
The problem now is that I got

shibsp::ConfigurationException at (https://sp.workstation.artstor.org/Shibboleth.sso/DiscoveryFeed)

Shibboleth handler invoked at an unconfigured location.


But other handlers are fine: /status, /Metadata.

Where should I look for a clue?

I am building a simple management interface and need to get list of all configured IDPs  like EntityID, DisplayName et.c. as JSON list of objects. SP has metadata from InCommon as well as several locally configured IDPs. What would be the best approach to this task? Is there any handler in Shibboleth.sso to get all configured IDP metadata so I can use XML parser to process it?
