Getting list of all configured IDPs from Shibboleth SP

But that won't include the other IdPs the OP mentioned, as well as
take into consideration any blacklisted or otherwise filtered entities
which might exist.
So the "Discovery Feed Handler"[1] Chad mentioned is exactly what's
needed.
