Removal of old files from outdated download site

FYI,

We've been neglecting to remove the software files from the shibboleth.internet2.edu download site, and since a few people may still be stumbling on things, we want to get that cleaned up. The web site itself is moving at some point, but not right this moment.

To give people a small bit of time to check for any broken links to software on local pages, please be advised we'll be pruning the download site by end of business Friday. Some of the top level directories will be left intact with appropriate index messages directing to the proper site, but deep links to older software files will break.

(We have already moved all files, including older, archived, and unsupported software files to the new site.)
