There's virtually nothing to go on, not even a mention of the OS,
compiler, version. But given the error, my guess would be a screwed up
install of the dependencies, or perhaps an old version of the headers in
the way of the build in the include paths it's using.
The simple answer on a supported platform is that if your build fails with
a compile error, your environment is at fault since it obviously was
tested cleanly. Nobody without access to that environment would be able to
determine why in most cases.
