IdP can't find metadata even though it is there?

Hi,

It turns out my issue was that in the metadata file for ezproxy, "entityID" was spelled "entityid".
<md:EntityDescriptor xmlns:md="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:metadata" entityid="http://proxy-test.library.cornell.edu<http://proxy-test.library.cornell.edu/>">


Is the xml case sensitive and if so, should the Idp throw an error trying to read that?
