Service provider

If us based the vendor should be strongly encouraged to be sponsored as a sp using InCommon as the trust authority.   Especially if they are ahigher ed provider.

The health and safety software vender has set themselves up as a service provider and have configured SimpleSAMLphp and tested against OpenIdP (https://openidp.feide.no).

Once we are setup as an IdP will it be ok to use them as a service provider and is there any registration we would need to do in order to do this?
