Caching of attributes retrieved by attribute query in the SP

Hi,
A customer of mine have a web application that gets its attributes via
headers. Today, neither Shibboleth nor SAML are involved in the
infrastructure, but I'm looking into replacing the current setup with a
SAML-based solution.
The web application needs an attribute that can change at any time (from
outside of the application) and the web application always needs the current
value. Because of this, it is not an option to send this attribute in the
bearer assertion supplied by the IdP during login. I was thinking of using
the attribute query mechanism for this purpose, but one question remains.
Are the attributes retrieved via an attribute query using the "Query
AttributeResolver" cached by the SP? If so, is it possible to disable the
caching?
Kind regards,
Jonas
