Same here. Our mobile app uses the ECP variant, but we have plenty just
accessing web apps too.

If the SP affected is a non-Shibboleth SP, then I would guess it has a bug
perhaps. If it's a Shibboleth SP I'm not aware of any bugs triggered by
iOS6.
