Google Apps using Shibboleth

Chris/Paul,

Good morning.

I got shibboleth working now for Google Apps. I demolished the old
configuration and redid from the beginning. 

Its working fine now.

Thanks to you both for your extended support. It was quite useful advice
from you both to identify my errors.
