Ok. Without knowing anything about it, it's not really possible for me to

That's not necessarily applicable unless you're trying to create separate
SP behavior within the application. It's not typical that you can do that
with a packaged app, the integration just isn't deep enough in most cases
to do that.

Is the cPanel thing even part of the Apache you're dealing with? Is it
used to administer Apache or something?
