NET+ Identity Guidance for Services

Shibboleth users around the world,

I've been working on the following document as guidance for  
applications that want to integrate with InCommon identity practices  
in order to be a part of the Internet2 NET+ program:

While the document was specifically written for NET+ services, I think  
you might find it a useful resource when working with any cloud  
provider.

This is a living, informal document and it will likely never be  
"finished", but the Wiki can be used to benchmark specific versions.   
If you have feedback that could improve the document, it's most  
welcome, but please write to me directly because this isn't really a  
Shibboleth thing and best not for the users' list.
