Users of TestShib everywhere,

There was a fascinatingly encoded character in a tester's metadata  
that caused the old registration servlet to panic and consume large  
amounts of RAM, thereby hanging and taking everything else out with  
it.  The metadata has been fixed and the services cycled and  
everything appears to be functional.

As always, replacing TestShib with a newer version remains a near-term  
priority.  We appreciate your understanding.
