My problem is to configure a test environment, so FilesystemMetadataProvider
is perfect!

Well, metadata is the mechanism by which trust is established between
entities.  So you need to make sure you're getting it from a trusted
source and that it is going to be updated in a timely manner when
changes to the relying party occur.
