>From the project's site; the link I provided. You need to dig into the install instructions [1] so that you understand what the three components are (ICA, MUA and Web) [2]. For Linux it's supplied as noarch RPMs built on the OpenSuSE build service [3], and for Windows it is supplied as MSIs [4].
The project's mailing list is the best place to ask questions about how to install and configure RAPTOR, though I suggest you thoroughly read the wiki's documentation first.
