Help with adding additional IIS 7.5 site

Hello,

I've added a new web site to an IIS 7.5 server that was previously hosting one Shib protected site.  I followed the instructions at https://wiki.cac.washington.edu/display/infra/Configure+a+Service+Provider+with+Multiple+Web+Sites but when I look at the metadata at https://site2.uchicago.edu/Shibboleth.sso/Metadata it still shows the original site's entityID.  The ApplicationOverride element doesn't seem to be getting applied.  Also, when I browse to http://site2.uchicago.edu/Shibboleth.sso/Status I get an "ISAPI extension can only be invoked to process Shibboleth protocol requests.Make sure the mapped file extension doesn't match actual content" error.

What am I doing wrong?

Running SP version 2.4.3 btw.
