Sorry! but quick question about installing the SAML delegation extension

Well, I was following the instructions for the IdP install
Shibboleth IdP v2.1.3+ with delegation plug-in

The delegation plug-in can be obtained at <
http://svn.shibboleth.net/view/extensions/java-idp-delegation/>. It
includes installation instructions in the form of a README
file<http://svn.shibboleth.net/view/extensions/java-idp-delegation/trunk/doc/INSTALL.txt?revision=HEAD>

The plugin will *NOT* work with earlier versions.
