I had been assuming from Jeff's original message that each customer vhost
had been assigned its own entityID already. Otherwise I'm not sure what
the point of the overrides is, that's usually the most common reason to do
the overrides.
If it's one entityID, then there is absolutely nothing in SAML terms to
attach a different name to. One entityID means one SP means one unit of
policy and display.
