TestShib Two and logging out.

I am testing my SP using TestShib Two (www.testshib.org) and have 
logging in working great.  However, logging out has be stumped.  There 
does not appear to be a SingleLogoutService available, nor can I find 
any documentation about being able to log out while on the TestShib Two 
IdP website.

How is logging out suppose to work using TestShib Two?
