Shibboleth setup.. So close but can use some help..

Hmm.. What I did was with this repo

#adding shibbolethSP repos
[security_shibboleth]
name=Shibboleth (CentOS_5)
type=rpm-md
baseurl=http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:/shibboleth/CentO
S_5/
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:/shibboleth/CentOS
_5/
repodata/repomd.xml.key
enabled=1

yum install shibboleth...

What should I do now to resolve issue? Uninstall and start again?

Yes, mainly because only one of them is actually there. I have no idea how
RPM can handle both installs, it should choke on file duplication. The libs
will coexist fine, but the binaries can't, and a 32-bit mod_shib won't work
if Apache is 64-bit.
