Updating Shibboleth to work with Apache 2.2 on RHEL4

I'm looking at the latest DoS attack for apache servers, and I am trying to patch my server to prevent this issue. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an Apache 2.0 fix, so I have to upgrade to 2.2. I am trying to do this, but I now need to use SRPMs to update Shibboleth, and to do this, I need a reliable/trustable Apache22 SRPM. Does anyone know where I can find one (and any other SRPMs I'll need)? Has anyone had experience with this process on RHEL4?
