Problem Shibboleth and Firefox 7.0.1

Hi,

We got report of Shibboleth authentication problem with this
Exception: Message did not meet security requirements

The error seems to came from about 20 - 30% of Firefox user.

After the user try to disable the Firefox Cache by follow the instruction at  http://benlancaster.wordpress.com/2009/02/10/how-to-completely-disable-firefox-cache/
and it seems to resolve the problem.

Any suggestion? Does it related to mod_expire (ExpiresActive) setting?
