Same ShibSP session across two vhosts?

Sounds like you're setting an applicationId somewhere, then
(e.g. "ShibRequestSetting applicationId <foo>" in some httpd config or
.htaccess file), possibly leftover from a previous attempt?

The software by default only has a "default" applicationId and no
ApplicationOverride defined and vhosting with this works just fine.
