Well, as we pointed out when some one went and made the bundle: people
are free to add a link to it from, or upload it directly to, the wiki.
Note, those config files will *not* verify Shib config files like you
said. Thats just for metadata and, I guess, SAML messages (though
people don't use xmlsectool for that very often).
