Oracle Derived Attributes

Well, all the hyperbole aside, the examples in the wiki are meant to
be "cut-and-paste"-able. Config bits which only use namespace
prefixes, which the sample configs do, can not simply be cut and
pasted. The sample config files used to be the like the examples way
but some people complained about that too. So, I guess it's just
another case of picking which group of people we're going to upset. I
finally agreed to this route because you can cut-and-paste config
snippets defined as they are in the wiki into files using the
namespace-prefix approach but not the other way around.

But the rule of thumb is pretty easy. If you're cutting and pasting
examples from the wiki, do it wholesale, don't try to intermingle
content for a single attribute definitions or data connectors from the
sample configs with stuff cut-and-pasted from the wiki.
