Yes, that text is all true, you just read something else into it. I'll see
what I can do, thank you for clarifying.

The metadata "default URL" isn't meant for supplying production metadata.
It wouldn't be secure to do so most of the time, and it wouldn't be
complete or in many cases accurate.
