Secure SOAP Web Service with Shib?

Hi What development language are they using? With Java you should be able to
put togethor a service using Spring Web Services and Spring Security, for
example
http://static.springsource.org/spring-ws/site/reference/html/security.html#security-wss4j-security-interceptor
I know it is not ideal, but depending on the language there should be other
examples.
