unsolicited sso

The Only link they gave me is: https://dev.axiommentor.us/login/singleSignOn.cfm they don't use shibboleth, its just a SAML2 end point. 

I tried http://idp.elon.edu/idp/profile/SAML2/Unsolicited/SSO/?target=https://dev.axiommentor.us/login/singleSignOn.cfm&providerID=https://dev.axiommentor.us/
and that just sends me to idp.elon.edu and I get a blank screen. Im not sure what any of the other values should be?
