unsolicited sso

	I need some help setting up an unsolicited SSO session. They gave me the url which i can send the XML to, it is: https://dev.axiommentor.us/login/singleSignOn.cfm. I am looking at the site https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPUnsolicitedSSO and they say you can send a list of parameters to the endpoint, but how do you send the parameters ie. idp.elon.edu/idp/profile/SAML2/Unsolicited/SSO/?shire=  or am I misunderstanding the concept?
