The uApprove suggested changes to idp/WEB-INF/web.xml include

     <url-pattern>/profile/*</url-pattern>

Is there any way to exclude /profile/SAML2/SOAP/ECP w/o having to specify 
url-patterns for all of the possible variations of /profile/ as specified 
in handler.xml?  (which does seem to work)
