TestShib Registration Fails with Servlet Error

Duffy,

TestShib had corrupted its metadata file in a save.  In particular,  
the entry for idpdev.uvic.ca was badly mangled, and I had to delete  
it, since not enough remained to perform reconstructive plastic  
surgery.  Sorry, Team Vic.

I'm able to create a new entry now, so it should be usable.  Rewriting  
the TestShib webapp remains on our list of priorities, but we haven't  
allocated resources for it.  I'm thankful for your patience with the  
best-effort service.
