Fwd: TestShib Registration Fails with Servlet Error

Does anyone on this list know who administers TestShib.org? I am attempting to test my configuration of an SP, but my attempts to register fail with the vague message "Entry could not be submitted due to a servlet error".

Any advice or intercession by the admin powers that be would be greatly appreciated.
