Getting SP's Description

I am testing it with SP https://sp.testshib.org/    looks like it has the description.

<mdui:Description xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace" xml:lang="en">TestShib IdP. Use this as a source of attributes
                        for your test SP.</mdui:Description>

Are you sure the SP in question has metadata providing one?
