Getting SP's Description

Hi,

I am trying to pull SP's service description to show it on the Idp's login.jsp. (I am Using Idp 2.3)

I was trying to get it using taglib <%@ taglib uri="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:idp:ui" prefix="idpui" %>
from https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPAuthUserPassLoginPage

But I couldn't get any info printed.

Could you please let me know how to get SP's Service Description.
