32bit RHEL4 RPMS for apache2.2?

Sorry, the packages are built against the Red Hat supplied Apache,
whatever that happens to be. I couldn't do more than that if I wanted to
now, I don't have the ability to inject non-RPM software into the build
service VMs at build time.
