Need help in shiibboleth upgrade from 2.3.1 to 2.4.3 on RH linux

shibboleth 2.4.3 with apache 2.2 successfully.

You're seeing the lack of -devel packages which you still have to
install
by hand. yum installing libsaml-devel should take care of it.
