"Credentials not recognized."

Hello All,

I am trying to set up a Shibboleth IdP that connects to my OpenLDAP
server. When I try to login I get the "Example Login Page" displays the
error "Credentials not recognized." So I turned up the logging to DEBUG
and the /opt/shibboleth-idp/logs/idp-process.log displays this error:

I'm a programmer and I have to "wing it" when it comes to Linux admin
stuff. Does anyone know what I should check to resolve this error? I can
connect to the LDAP server with my other web apps and Apache Directory
Studio.
