Sorry, I missed that you were talking about the baseDN.

No, there is no way to make that dynamic, but it also doesn't need to
be.  Base DN is the place where you start searching in an LDAP DIT.
If that's the root, that's fine,  If it's some branch, that's fine.
Just set it to whatever is appropriate for your LDAP.
