missing step in "new" IdPStatus page

Hi,

Maybe this isn't the right place to report this, and maybe it should 
just go without saying, but on the page describing the new idPStatus 
page (https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPStatus) it 
fails to state that the admin needs to re-run the install.sh script to 
enable access to systems other than 127.0.0.1 after editing the web.xml 
file.
