OpenSAML-C copmilation error (Centos 6)

Dear all,

I am currently facing a problem when trying to build Shibboleth from source on my Centos 6 system. I am following this guide:

	https://www.icts.uiowa.edu/confluence/display/ICTSit/Building+Shibboleth+from+Source+on+RHEL+6

Up to compiling OpenSAML-C it works, but when I call 

	./configure --with-log4shib=/opt/shibboleth-sp --prefix=/opt/shibboleth-sp -C

for OpenSAML 2.4.3, I get the error message

	checking xmltooling/XMLToolingConfig.h usability... yes
	checking xmltooling/XMLToolingConfig.h presence... yes
	checking for xmltooling/XMLToolingConfig.h... yes
	configure: error: unable to link with XMLTooling, or version was too old

The error occurs despite the successful compilation of XMLTooling 1.4.2

Does anyone knows a solution or has a hint for me?
