As far a tutorial goes, we can't really provide that for the IdP or SP
since they aren't standalone things.  They only operate in the context
of your environment and, depending on your environment, get configured
differently.

Something that's been on my "one of these days" list for a while is to
produce a VM that actually has both an IdP and SP that are configured to
talk to each other.  At least then people could see what a working
config looks like.  Oh well...  "one of these days"
