Commercial support

Does anyone have experience with utilizing commercial support?  I looked through a few of the vendors listed on the Shibboleth support page (http://shibboleth.internet2.edu/support.html) and would like to know if anyone has any experience working with these vendors.  We will be using Shibboleth mostly for SSO with Google Apps.  I already have Shibboleth working with Google Apps and am interested in having someone to call for support if we have any problems going forward.
