Custom Login handler

Hi,

in addition to the given UsernamePassword LoginHandler look at the wiki
sites:
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPDevCustomExtension
and
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPDevExtLoginHandler

If you need to use a servlet (like UsernamePassword-Handler does), you
have to add it into the web.xml too.
